MOUNT VERNON — Ann Parker, instructor at MaineGeneral Medical Center, plans to teach a six-week class of chair yoga beginning Friday, Oct 13.

The free classes start at 10 a.m. through Nov. 17 at the Mt. Vernon Community Center, 2 North Road.

Registration is requested by contacting the Dr. Shaw Memorial Library at librarian@drshawlibrary.org or 207-293-2565.
