Kevin Kingsbury, a graduate of Cony High School in Augusta, has received a $5,000 Hood Sportsmanship Scholarship presented by Hood Milk.
During a recent ceremony, Kingsbury was among the recipients who were honored for their integrity and sportsmanship on and off the playing field. Kingsbury and his photo will be included in the Sportsmanship Exhibit at The Sports Museum at the TD Garden, Boston.
Kingsbury is the son of Earl and Lorraine Kingsbury of Augusta. He is a 2014 graduate of Cony High School. He will attend Virginia Tech to study aerospace engineering.
