WATERVILLE – Bernice Pelotte passed away at her home on Dec. 13, 2023. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, Dec. 29, 2023 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Wheeler Funeral Home, 26 Church Street, Oakland. A private funeral service will be held for family. Burial will be at a later date in 2024.
