One thing we all want in our government representatives is integrity. That is why I’m voting for Jonathan Fulford, of Monroe, Democratic candidate for state Senate. I have never met anyone with more integrity than Jonathan.

I have worked on building jobs with him for almost 30 years and have found him to be fair and respectful of everyone he deals with: workers, customers and suppliers. If there is a question or problem, he listens to everyone and tries to find a solution that works for all. If he doesn’t agree with you, you will know it, and exactly why.

Jonathan won’t vote for a bill one week, and then vote to sustain a governor’s veto of the same bill the next week — something Sen. Mike Thibodeau did more than once.
