I have known Sen. Roger Katz, R-Augusta, personally and professionally for many years. He is well-respected in the community, a dedicated husband and father. As a senator, he worked across party lines to secure a balanced budget. He took time out of his busy schedule to meet with union officials and state employees to answer questions and keep them informed about the progress of the budget. He fought to keep state employee’s benefits.

Katz cares about the health of the people of Maine. He has supported lung cancer initiatives and dedicated the first in the nation White Tulip Garden at City Center to support patients.

Katz is compassionate and determined to make a difference for all, and he has been successful in accomplishing these goals. I support Katz for re-election in Senate District 15, representing Augusta, China, Oakland, Sidney and Vassalboro.
