4:17 p.m., a theft was reported on Carey Lane.
5:33 p.m., a caller from Colby College Security reported a theft.
8:10 p.m., harassment was reported on Veteran Court.
IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 11:11 p.m., a fight was reported at Sukee Arena on Verti Drive.
ARRESTS
IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday, Donald Burnell, 39, of Strong, was arrested on a charge of failing to appear.
Jerome Cole, 38, of Kingfield, was arrested on four warrants.
Barbara P. Pelletier, 62, of Wilton, was arrested on a warrant for a charge of failing to appear.
Melanie Ann York, 40, of Wilton, was arrested on a warrant.
IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 11:20 p.m., Joshua Hutchison, 30, of 20 Stanley Hill Road, Vassalboro, was arrested on a warrant on Spring Street.
