PHILLIPS — The Phillips Community Church will hold its annual meeting at 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 22, at the Community House on Main Street, according to a news release from organizer Pat Matulaitis.
The meeting will follow a buffet dinner; bring a dish to share.
