Sunday at 9:43 p.m., a disturbance was reported on Elm Street. Joseph M. Johnson, 36, of Augusta was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
10:16 p.m., police responded to Elm Street, where Damian B. Hernandez, 28, of Augusta was arrested on a warrant.
