AUGUSTA — A number of people were sentenced this week in separate cases heard in Kennebec Superior and Augusta District courts at the Capital Judicial Center:

• Jennifer E. Beckwith-Pierce, 32, of Canaan, unlawful possession of scheduled drug Dec. 2, 2014, in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence to be served in the alternative sentencing program, $400 fine.

• Randall E. Carl, 49, of Waterville, operating under the influence Dec. 2, 2014, in Waterville; two-year jail sentence, all suspended but 30 days to be served in the alternative sentencing program, two years of probation, $1,100 fine, six-year license and registration suspension.

• Reginald N. Legassey, 59, of Augusta, terrorizing Jan. 1, 2015, in Augusta; 180-day jail sentence all suspended, one-year administrative release.

• Kevin Miller, 33, of Sidney, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, Feb. 26, 2015, in Sidney; 90-day jail sentence to run concurrently with another sentence.

• Kenneth Palmer, 51, of Augusta and formerly of Hallowell, criminal mischief Jan. 27, 2015, and criminal trespass Dec. 29, 2014, both in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence, $395 restitution.

• Steven E. Pomerleau, 45, of Troy, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked Jan. 16, 2015, in Winslow; three-year jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation, $1,700 in fines, seven-year license suspension.

• Hayden Ratner, 27, of Waterville, domestic violence assault Feb. 20 in Waterville; 364-day jail sentence, all but 14 days suspended, two years of probation.

• William Slaughter, 25, of Unity, operating while license suspended or revoked Nov. 17, 2014, in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence to be served in the alternative sentencing program, $600 fine, one-year license and registration suspension.

• Curtis A. Webber, 60, of Oakland, domestic violence assault Dec. 24, 2014, in Sidney and violating condition of release April 7, 2015, in Waterville; four-year jail sentence, all but 21 days suspended with credit for 21 days served, two years of probation.
