ARRESTS

IN WATERVILLE, Thursday at 1:32 a.m., Alanson Noble, 57, of Spruce Street, was arrested on Armory Road on a warrant for unpaid fines.
6 a.m., Harry S. Reed, 32, listed as a transient, was arrested on charges of burglary, theft and assault.
6 p.m., Rodney Turner, 47, of College Avenue, was arrested on College Avenue on charges of disorderly conduct and violating a protection-from-abuse order.
11:40 p.m., David Briggs, 28, of Seitz-Stenson Road, Fairfield, was arrested at his residence on a charge of violating a protection-from-abuse order.
