6:41 p.m., shoplifting was reported on Stephen King Drive. A criminal summons was issued, but no further information was available.

ARRESTS
AUGUSTA
Monday at 10:13 p.m., a burglary in progress was reported on Washington Street. Michael Louis Williams, 24, of Augusta was arrested and charged with burglary, terrorizing and violating a condition of release.
11:28 p.m., police responded to Capitol Street, where Aaron M. Williams, 42, of Augusta was arrested on a warrant.
