MANCHESTER, N.H. — The U.S. Marshals service says a fugitive from Rochester has been captured in Manchester.
Marshals said 22-year-old Timothy Wayne Smith was arrested Tuesday night.
He is wanted in a string of burglaries in the Lebanon, Maine, area.
