KINGFIELD — One of the Kingfield Bicentennial’s committees is collecting memorabilia for a series of Friday Artwalks in 2016. The committee plans to exhibit historic family and community photos at the Herbert Grand Hotel during those Fridays.
The committee seeks old Kingfield and family photos from a personal collection. Clint Knapp and his granddaughter Olivia Scott are co-chairing the committee. To reach Knapp, call 265-2191.
A committee member with scanner can scan photos right at home. People and place of each photo needs to be identified. Each photo will have source credit.
Some of these photos may even find their way into the Bicentennial Calendar, due by Thanksgiving this year, just in time for Christmas gifts.
