ARRESTS
AUGUSTA
Monday at 8:34 a.m., Todd W. Skidgel, 34, of Litchfield, was arrested on a charge of a violation of probation by police responding to a report of a disturbance on Eastern Avenue.
8:43 p.m., two Augusta residents were charged during a traffic stop on Civic Center Drive. Alicia Rose, 23, was arrested on a warrant. A 24-year-old man was charged with marijuana possession and sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
