Pittsfield Public Library has announced some of its summer events, offerings.
Signups for the reading program will begin Monday, June 20.
A story time will be offered at 10:15 a.m. Mondays for preschool children, and well as special events for older children.
A free lunch will be provided from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, July 5 to Aug. 5, for anyone age 18 and younger.
The library also has free Portland Sea Dog tickets for children, and free family passes to the Maine Discovery Museum that can be borrowed, courtesy of the Friends of the Pittsfield Public Library.
