DAMARISCOTTA — During National Nutrition Awareness Month, an interactive session with Registered Dietitian Louise Spate and Senior Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer Robin Maginn is planned for 2:15 p.m. Friday, March 24, at Spectrum Generations Coastal Community Center.
Participants can learn about healthy eating and physical activity are keys to living well.
