9:26 a.m., a man and a woman, both 39 and from Rumford, were issued summonses during a motor vehicle stop at West River Road and Route 3. The woman was charged with operating with suspended registration, and the man was charged with operating while license suspended or revoked.

ARRESTS
AUGUSTA
Friday at 9:23 a.m., Patrick W. Hotchkiss, 57, was arrested on Swan Street on a warrant charging him with an unpaid fine for operating without a license.
Saturday at 2:22 a.m., Thomas H. Bowman, 65, of Augusta, was arrested on Water Street on a charge of violating condition of release. The arrest followed a report of a general disturbance.
