ARREST
IN AUGUSTA, Saturday at 6:46 p.m., Dominic Dibiase, 53, of Westbrook was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence (alcohol), after a traffic complaint was made on Civic Center Drive.
SUMMONS
IN AUGUSTA, Saturday at 1:43 a.m., a 58-year-old Pennsylvania man was summoned on a charge of operating a motor vehicle beyond class restriction, after a traffic stop was done on Interstate 95.
