New York woman pleads guilty in Waterville credit card scam
Nelcie Souffrant, 25, was charged with theft by receiving stolen property, misuse of ID and resisting arrest in a case in which stolen credit cards were used to buy about $8,000 worth of gift cards in Waterville and in Bangor.
