Police: Driver operating under influence when SUV crashes through guardrail and into Fairfield Brook
Vanessa Poirier, 25, of Waterville suffered minor injuries Tuesday when her SUV ran a stop sign, hit a guardrail and went down an embankment and into the brook, Fairfield police say.
