Common Ground Fair left big carbon footprint
My perspective on the Common Ground Fair was that of a 4-mile long procession of barely creeping, idling vehicles, a procession that lasted most of the day. Talk about a carbon footprint!

Legal hunting should not be unfair, inhumane
To some degree, I can accept legal hunting as a means for wildlife population control. But I cannot accept hunting as a sport for trophies. Nor can I accept unfair or inhumane hunting, no matter how long it's been done.

Photo seems to convey a bias against LePage
The Kennebec Journal has used the same photo of Gov. Paul LePage for the past month or more. It is a photo that I believe conveys a bias against by this newspaper.
