Farm Bill benefits Big Ag, not small family farms

The biggest item on Congress' to-do list is how to deal with the farm bill before it expires at the end of September. Treat a longtime advocate for her constituents

Sharon Treat, D-Hallowell, representing House District 79, has been a longtime advocate for health care, elder care and our environment. She is smart, articulate and a very hard worker for her constituents. In this political environment, she could easily throw up her hands and walk away. Treat will not do that. She continues to fight for and to shed light and truth on the issues that are so important to us.
