Man who allegedly dumped 100 living bedbugs at Augusta City Center assigned fifth lawyer
Charles Manning, 77, formerly of Augusta and now of Waterville, was charged by Augusta police in June 2017 with assault and obstructing government administration after he allegedly slammed a cupful of the hard-to-get-rid-of bloodsuckers onto a counter at the General Assistance office.
