‘Mayor of the Rail Trail’ celebrates 96th birthday with supporters in Augusta
Two dozen people lined the sides of the Kennebec River Rail Trail on Sunday to help celebrate the birthday of Al Kavanagh, a World War II veteran who has regularly walked the trail for the last five years.
