Waterville contractor who scammed elderly customers pleads guilty to felony theft charge
Tony J. Glidden, owner of Mainely Roofing and Siding, took deposits for work he never did for more than 20 customers, stealing a total of $115,000 in what the court judge described as a "scheme to prey on some of the most vulnerable people in our society."
