Waterville man sentenced to two years in prison for sexually assaulting 13-year-old girl
Maxwell A. Davidson, 24, pleaded guilty to a Class B charge of unlawful sexual contact in a plea bargain that dismissed two counts of the more serious charge of gross sexual assault. He also pleaded guilty to furnishing liquor to a minor.
