Clinton man evades police by jumping on freight train and riding it into town, authorities say
David Bowring, 32, was being sought by officers Monday following an altercation with his girlfriend when he caught a ride with the passing train, Clinton police Chief Stanley "Rusty" Bell said.

Waterville City Council approves housing rental registration ordinance
