Man, woman arrested on drug charges in Skowhegan, sheriff says
Thomas McKay, 36, and Jamie Witt, 29, were arrested Wednesday morning, he on drug trafficking charges and outstanding warrants from Maine and Massachusetts, and she on a charge of aggravated trafficking in a schedule W drug.
