Augusta man accused of dumping cup of bedbugs at City Hall 4 years ago will soon face a jury trial
Charles Manning, who in 2017 reportedly dumped a cup containing about 100 bedbugs at Augusta City Center, has declined a plea deal and will go to court later this month on charges of assault and obstructing governmental administration connected to that incident.
