Mount Vernon man accused of fleeing traffic stop held without bail
Caleb Hupper, 30, who is accused of fleeing a traffic stop in Wednesday in Mount Vernon, was arrested on charges of eluding an officer, failure to submit to arrest or detention and violation conditions of release. He was already wanted on two warrants citing multiple charges.
