The $2.9 million budget was cut down to $2.1 million from an article adjustment and $500,000 used from the undesignated fund to lower the amount raised. The school budget was passed at $7.9 million for the first-year Richmond School Department.

Hartland man dies in single-vehicle wreck in Madison
