Islamist factions in a Palestinian refugee camp in Lebanon say they will honor a cease-fire

Fighting between Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas’s Fatah movement and Islamist groups has rocked southern Lebanon's Ein el-Hilweh refugee camp since Friday.
