Richmond approves $2.1 million town budget and $7.9 million school budget at Town Meeting
The $2.9 million budget was cut down to $2.1 million from an article adjustment and $500,000 used from the undesignated fund to lower the amount raised. The school budget was passed at $7.9 million for the first-year Richmond School Department.
