Racing duo charts marathon course in Brunswick for good cause Saturday
Rusty Wilkins of Topsham may be confined to a wheelchair, but the 23 year old has competed in races and marathons for 6 years now with his cousin, James Anderson, who pushes Wilkins in a special wheelchair.
