City Council OKs Waterville’s membership in U.S. Conference of Mayors, benefitting land trust housing

Judge grants harassment order to Waterville school in 10-year dispute with ousted student’s father
The Waterville District Court order against Tim White of Sanford prohibits him from harassing Temple Academy and from being on a large swath of road off Kennedy Memorial Drive, while ordering him to reimburse the school for $6,065 in legal fees.
