Tia Rousseau, a former employee of Good Will-Hinckley in Fairfield, was arraigned on a charge of gross sexual assault Monday for allegedly engaging in a sexual act with a minor in October 2018.

Kennebec County man pleads guilty in fatal 2017 Dresden crash
