Winthrop teen summonsed after crash sends pickup truck into Cobbossee Stream
Police say Chase Cloutier, 19, of Winthrop, was issued a summons for imprudent speed after the pickup truck he was driving crashed through a guardrail on Route 126 at the West Gardiner-Litchfield town line and ended up submerged.
